There are no specific guidelines around this (or none which I have
found).  My view is that this would be fine, particularly if you can
use a single (nongnu) Savannah hosted project to host each of your
works.  Given a successful application for hosting, we can create
however many different source repositories for you if that makes
management of souces using savannah easier for you.  Obviously, I'm
just one among several volunteers.  I hope others team-members will
also comment.

This sounds like work that would be useful and interesting to many
people. Also, several long papers within a subject area, taken
together, might strongly resemble an (eclectic, perhaps) textbook.
