I confirm latest test gave it as working.
I think there are other cases where Liquidsoap get into an infinite number
of "Shout socket error: timeout, network failure, server shutdown?
Restarting the output in 3 sec", but this would be due to problems within
Liquidsoap rather than network problems (I'm especially thinking of Jack
losing its sync).
