I looks like a missing dependency, probably harmless when compiling
sequentially (-j1) since none of us had this problem. Try to force -j1 as
a workaround.
I don't remember the details of how to do that in ebuilds, but I had to do
that at some point already. Then we fixed the issue and -j2 was working
fine. We'll try to fix that again ASAP.
