This is a thing that we've been wanting to do for a long time in savonet. It wouldn't be terribly complex to add this feature (we designed liq with this kind of application) but we are all lacking time for this. You are very welcome if you want to give a try! I'm unfortunately not aware of any other scripting language in the spirit of liq which would do video.
