Thanks for your report. I think your workaround is fine.
This exception is in fact very generic. In your case, it indicates that there
may something wrong with source sharing (the output.file probably shares its
source with another output in your script).
We need to investigate more on this. I'll let you know if we need more
informations from you later and I hope the workaround is enough for now..
