Get local clock time
--------------------

                 Key: LS-517
                 URL: http://dev.sourcefabric.org/browse/LS-517
             Project: Liquidsoap
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Liquidsoap
    Affects Versions: 1.0
            Reporter: Romain Beauxis

I have been contacted by a user who wants to generate audio streams offline
using liquidsoap.

Since he is not broadcasting, he would like to use an unsynced clock. However,
he would also like to stop processing after 60 min have been processes.

I think that currently he cannot do that. The solution for me would be to be
able to grab a source's clock local elapsed time.

I also think that it could be an interesting function in general.

I have looked at the code. For now, this data is bound inside the run method of
the default wallclock..
We could extract it and make it a first-class value in the main clock class..

David, what do you think about this?
