This is interesting. In principle it should be a doable change but we should be
very careful with that kind of stuff. I'm also frightened by the tick rate and
frame size that will arise from the combination of 44100Hz audio and 29.97fps
video... How urgent is this?
In any case, liquidsoap chooses a rate and files have to be converted to that
rate, so it looks like the immediate problem is resampling: do we support
resampling from fractional rates?
