I don't think so since register_flow does not depend on a particular feature of
Liq (and works with my current build). I have reuploaded recently: I tend to
think that only utils.liq is used to generate the doc, whereas now the library
starts to be split (cf pervasives.liq) and we should include all the .liq in
the doc.
