while adding a new dynamic source for myhost.com port 8000

nothing more happen at that point, during this the process is stuck and telnet
interface STILL available, still accept connections, but anything you in there
doesn't act in any way:

(nothing in logs)
What is important to see is, if I wait here for ~ 3 min, I get in the log:

And then it is stuck for 3 more minutes with no action possible.
If I don't wait and hit Ctrl-C returns:

The process doesn't exit at that point neither ; you have to wait for about 3
min before it really exits ... or kill -9
