Fail to compile ocaml-gstreamer

As of today (latest hg, libgstreamer 0.10.35 installed) I can't build
ocaml-gstreamer anymore, I get this error:
In file included from gstreamer_idl_stubs.c:16:0:
gstreamer_inc.h:3:21: fatal error: gst/gst.h: No such file or directory
The configure scripts runs some checks but something isn't right. A possible
cause: the variable gstreamer_CFLAGS which is substituted isn't used anywhere.
