jean duffas commented on LS-607: -------------------------------- hi ! here are the log start : 2012/01/08 01:34:16 >>> LOG START 2012/01/08 01:34:16 [protocols.external:3] Didn't find "ufetch". 2012/01/08 01:34:16 [protocols.external:3] Found "/usr/bin/wget". 2012/01/08 01:34:16 [main:3] Liquidsoap 1.0.0 2012/01/08 01:34:16 [main:3] Using: graphics=[distributed with Ocaml] pcre=6.2.2 dtools=0.2.2 duppy=0.4.2 duppy.syntax=0.4.2 cry=0.2.2 mm=0.2.0 dynlink=[distributed with Ocaml] lame=0.3.1 voaacenc=0.1.0 alsa=0.2.1 ao=0.2.0 samplerate=0.1.1 camomile=0.7.1 camlimages=4.0.0 lo=0.1.0 2012/01/08 01:34:16 [dynamic.loader:3] Could not find dynamic module for aacplus encoder. about your second question, Pulseaudio is not installed. (if I do : apt-get remove pulseaudio libasound2-plugins it says that 0 packaged will be removed) I now have configured it to use input.alsa(device="pcm.liquidsoap", ...) I'll se if it's better. I still continue to test if mp3 has still no problem, I'll be sure in a few days, then I will test again aac. the problem is also present streaming mp3, I had blank streaming this morning, with a 100%CPU on one core... I just restarted liquid soap to solve temporary the problem. Is there something else I can do to help you to solve the bug here is my line when using aac : output.icecast(%aac(samplerate=44100, bitrate=192), host = "stream.sing-sing.org", port = 8000, password = "password", mount = "source_N", name="Source Normale", description="Source Normale destinee a alimenter les points de montage", url="http://www.sing-sing.org", genre="eclectic", source) > blank is streamed... > -------------------- > > Key: LS-607 > URL: http://dev.sourcefabric.org/browse/LS-607 > Project: Liquidsoap > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Liquidsoap > Affects Versions: 1.0 > Environment: ubuntu 11.10 server, liquidsoap 1.0.0 compiled on the > ubuntu, a terratek phase 22 soundcard > Reporter: jean duffas > Priority: Critical > > hello, > I use alsa to get the input of my sound cast (a Phase 22) and stream it to an > icecast server. > after something like 6 hours, it fails streaming sound, blank is streamed > instead (I still have sound on my input sound card) the process is 101 % CPU > but I have 2 cores so it use 50% CPU ...but does it use all the resources of > on of the 2 cores ?... > the blank is clipping (I can heard some "clics" in the stream) > if I restart liquid soap everything is ok again. > in log I only notice lots of : > "2012/01/07 12:03:45 [src_4720:2] Trying to recover.. > 2012/01/07 12:03:45 [clock.wallclock_main:2] We must catchup 1.62 seconds!" > but noting else. > one more thing, I use 1.0.0 version on ubuntu 11.10 server. > jean duffas -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://dev.sourcefabric.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RSA(R) Conference 2012 Mar 27 - Feb 2 Save $400 by Jan. 27 Register now! http://p.sf.net/sfu/rsa-sfdev2dev2 _______________________________________________ Savonet-devl mailing list Savonet-devl@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/savonet-devl
