Comment:

 (In [5520]) Fix bad mutex usage in http_source, using a condition to be
 BSD-compliant.
 In alsa_in, remove a bad mutex usage: the lock wasn't used anymore anyway,
 somebody decided to stream blank instead of waiting for data thanks to it,
 leaving my synchronization device almost pointless. Removing it slightly
 affects the initialization phase timing, but streaming blank should absorb
 it.
 Now we can close #91.
