Ok, I didn't understand that it was about actually implementing server
commands descriptions..
I believe we should enforce this, so I've written a patch that takes
description into account, display it using help <command>, and added
corresponding descriptions.
Some of them may not be accurate, so a review of the patch before commit
would be great..
