Comment:
I'm not happy with that fix. First, I'm afraid that at some point the code
is not ran from a Tutils thread (for example from a duppy task) in which
case the exception will not be caught by the Tutils handler set by the
"fix".
Moreover, if the function Tutils.shutdown is not used anymore it should be
removed. But I believe that this function is the good solution and should
be fixed instead of doing something else instead.
