Sam just got a bug when compiling liquidsoap without ocaml-magic: ogg
files where accepted by the mp3 decoder.
This bug didn't appear before, since mp3 tests were done after ogg tests
in the past.
Anyway, mp3 decoder without a mime test remains quite dangerous and in the
current model I don't think there's much we can do, so mime type checks
should need to be enforced by stating this in the documentation..
