Sam proposed that ticks unit should be the smaller common multiple of
video and audio rate.
As such audio tracks with different rates doesn't seem interesting
anymore. After all, currently everything is resampled through audio
buffers.
At the same time, we may also impose a minimal frame size, in order to be
sure that there is at least one video frame per liquidsoap frame.
