 Hello,
I'm using Liquidsoap 0.3.8.1 along with Shoutcast, both as an input live
source, and as the output server.
I've discovered that sometimes (not always), after switching from a live
(input.http) source with its own metadata to a playlist of mp3s,
Liquidsoap stops sending metadatas of files to the Shoutcast server. It
will send them again when switching back to input.http, and then will stop
again sending them after switching back to playlist.

The only solution to have liquidsoap sending the metadata (ID3 Tags) of
the mp3 to the server again seems to quit and relaunch liquidsoap.

I don't know - yet - of a sure way to reproduce the bug.
