I didn't look at the code, but.. can anybody explain why
output.alsa(bufferize=false) doesn't inherit from the output class of
output/output.ml? One consequence of this is that the operator doesn't get
any meaningful ID, and it's called something like src_1234 in the logs.
We should set an informative ID, and review the code by the way.
