Hi !
I am not sure it is a bug. The {{{smart_crossfade}}} removes track limits.
Hence, since the switch is track_sensitive, it cannot reselect the other
source since to track happen.
Most likely, you need to either add the crossfade after, or add the
{{{track_sensitive=false}}} option to the switch.
