Hi !
I have just commited an implementation of this feature.
I chosed to pass the full list of headers to {{{on_connect}}}. These
headers are different for shout and icecast formats, so I don't think it
is relevant for us to define a standard interface/list.
Furthermore, this should allow to pass specitic custom headers/parameters
if needed.
