Ok, so if we assume that the issue comes from switch.ml and does not occur
in 0.3.8.1, I attach a patch that reverts the changes since 0.3.8.1 in
switch.ml that could have caused the issue.
Any user which experience the issue could try to apply it to see if the
issue still occurs.
Please note that these changes where carefully done and were fixing bugs,
so applying this patch may also add back these issues (which were minor
for what I remember..)
