The sources using alsa, jack, ao and others do not seem to always cleanup
correctly at exit. Apparently, this is not enforced since there are
already default functions for shutdown in the base source class.
The current proposal is to enforce: "custom wake_up needs custom sleep".
This paradigm should be applied for active sources.
This will also fix #240.
