#296: prefab debian packages not working for ubuntu > 8.10

The packages at [http://www.rastageeks.org/downloads/liquidsoap/
rastageeks.org] are intended to be used with Debian. These pacakges work
for Ubuntu until version 8.10 as well. The packages depends on libgavl0.
In Ubuntu 9.4 the package libgavl0 as been replaced with libgavl1. As a
result, depencies are no longer met and liquidsoap can not be installed on
Ubuntu 9.4 (sanely).
