#325: TagLib Outputs Errors

For as long as I can remember, I have seen these error messages output to
the console. I can redirect STDERR to /dev/null of course to suppress
them, but this deserves a permanent fix.
TagLib: MPEG::Header::parse() -- Invalid sample rate.
TagLib: ID3v2.4 no longer supports the frame type TSIZ. It will be
discarded from the tag.
