It seems that output.icecast's description param is unused with shoutcast
servers. On the other hand, the name is used as a description, and setting
the mountpoint (always /) is pretty uninteresting. This is from an user's
experience, but if this is confirmed here is a patch that would enhance
the shoutcast wrappers.
