#345: Unsupported Unix.select interruptions

In most places we don't handle the cases when select fails, e.g. by
raising EINTR or AGAIN. This happens rarely (ctrl-Z) except with
output.graphics(). The following crashes after a few seconds:

The exception comes from duppy:
