Every now and then people ask for more expressiveness in specifying time
predicates. Currently a date is _w_h_m_s (week/hour/minute/second) with
most parts optional, and an interval is date-date. Some people want to
specify the day of the month, year, etc.

It would be nice to support things like "monday, 17:00" or "11/01/2011,
2pm-5pm". The current simple syntax has the advantage of being
unambiguous. However, with more syntax we would need a delimiter.

 Any suggestion?
