#373: Blank jack output after some hours

Jack (ocaml-bjack) output turn blank after a couple of hours. In my
configuration, I'm using only jack outputs but I did not try to run a jack
output using a noise() source.
The worse is that it comes completely silently. Not a single
message/information is given (log level is set to 5).
The bug as been notice on the stable 0.9.2 sources on an ubuntu 10.4
system (32bits but the processor is 64 bits).
I'll try to find some time to run some more test on svn version.
