Currently, liquidsoap load all .liq files in LIBDIR. Those files can
include each other using %include "FILE" since the path is relative to the
including file. However, multiple inclusions may occur, and the order of
inclusions is not controlled.
An alternative would be to load only <pervasives.liq> by default, and have
pervasives.liq load a couple library files, including the current
utils.liq split in several files/categories. Users could load less useful
libraries on demand, e.g. %include <external_decoders.liq>.
