(In [5924]) Added output.icecast.flac using the flac command line encoder
and output.icecast.external.
Dumped streams seem to be fine, but icecast streams are faulty:
* No metadata is passed
* mplayer stops at track change (but vlc doesn't)
However, I had similar issues with native speex output, so I guess it's
icecast's fault here..
