(In [6266]) Propagate the after_output signal to *all* subsources: the
current transition
used to be omitted. Funnily, this has been left unnoticed for a very long
time, because it is rare to create sharing (hence use caching) in the
transition itself. The recent metadata feature created that situation: the
replay_metadata operator, passed to the smooth_add transition, was indeed
shared. This fixes #208.
