(In [6294]) Added optional RAW pcm buffering as a global setting
(root.raw_buffering).
In production, using external lame outputs and 5s lag on 9 channels,
I experience a memory usage of 85Mo. CPU usage increase, but it remains
real time. I now think this can be useful :)
