(In [6747]) Apply exception catch on recurrent calls in Duppy.Io.
This should eventually fix #269 once and for all this time..
Also a good example of the invokation of the giant spaghetti
monster, here a Unix exception supposedly renamed and not catched,
where it was in fact a simple and stupid implementation logic issue...
