#379: Remove (some uses of) root.sync

A couple operators still perform a set("root.sync",false): jack, marshal,
pulse and portaudio I/O. This is non-sense since those operators do not
necessarily belong to that clock. We may remove this call, or force a
specific clock like I did for ALSA.
Also, I'm tempted to remove root.sync completely since it can be achieved
by explicitly assigning outputs to a non-blocking clock:
clock(sync=false,my_output).
