Hey !
I'm not sure about this. Basically, this code returns the function that
resamples and, thus, include the state in its closure. (notice the
create/process calls).
If there is a problem, it is not there. Simialrly, the code in Rutils
returns a resampling function that contains the state in its closure..
Reading the decoder's code, it seems those functions are used as they
should be.. Thus, I am closing the ticket. Please reopen if a new issue is
found..
