#401: visu.volume doesn't support closing the window

When closing the graphics window, the exception is there a way to disable
the raising of Graphics.Graphic_failure("fatal I/O error") at a random
point of the code. Typically it crashes/freezes liquidsoap... Is there a
way to block this? Note that killing liquidsoap directly triggers a clean
shutdown.
