Hi list,

Savonet and liquidsoap are quite active these days, many new things
are happening.

As already reported by Samuel, we moved to SVN, so please forget about
the CVS repository -- could we actually close it in order to avoid any
mistake ? Another organizational change is the default support system:
we'd like you few users to ask for support by using the
sourceforge.net tracker, either support request or bug report section.
Liquidsoap and the libs are quite mature now, it would be better to
keep a clean track of the developments thanks to this tool, instead of
using this mailing-list, or even direct mail to me, when possible.
Also, for those interested in tracking our activity, Samuel made us
available at CIA (http://cia.navi.cx/stats/project/savonet) which
notably provides a RSS feed of SVN commits.

Liquidsoap progress report: I'm now close to having finished the
transition support, I now have a couple of working great-sounding
tests. It made me notice a few more bugs that I fixed early this
morning. I'm currently only completing current features and polishing
the tool for a better usability. More doc has been put and the wiki,
and even more is to be written. Eventually, we'll release a new
version of liquidsoap together with depending libraries, hopefully
before this summer. RadioPi's web-based administration system (music
pool and channel scheduling management) is also close to be released,
the two projects are motivating each other and might actually be
released at the same time.

Cheers !
