Hi all !

While updating the win32 port, I realized that previous distribution was
broken.. Sorry for that.

I have then prepared a new release of the .msi installer that should be
working this time !

Some features could not be distributed in an individual windows package,
they are:
* Camomille for character reencoding
* libid3tag, but I have compiled liquidsoap against ocaml-mp3id3 instead.

Appart from that, the package contains most of the killer features of liq,
such as shout, ogg vorbis, mp3 (mad and lame) support, as well as a working
ao output that allows you to test output to you sound card !

I plan to publish some documentation on how to build liq for win32, but
there is still a lot of not-difficult-but-boring hacks and work around to do
(I even had to patch and compile a custom libao...)...

Good hacking to everybody !
