Wanted to let you know that we've had a Liquidsoap client (using an icecast
server) up for three weeks using the patch you sent me. It's performed
admirably, recapturing the signal even after extended (and intentional)
server crashes. We will probably put it into production some time later in
the week, at which time your software will be providing audio feed for public
radio station KSBX in Santa Barbara, California. Congratulations on a fine
piece of work! And thanks!
(We dropped the timeout value to 2 in the patch, seems to speed up
reconnection.)
