I guess including the error message would help.  

When both output lines are uncommented, then the ogg stream starts, but this is 
what I get from the mp3 stream:
Connecting mount indie for [EMAIL PROTECTED]
indieMP3:2] Icecast mount point already taken, or wrong password!
indieMP3:3] Connection failed, will try again in 3 sec
And that just continues over and over.  If I comment out the ogg output line, 
then the mp3 stream works just fine.
