Yep. This is due to a commit just today. Unfortunately I can't fix it in a minute, I need to think about this case that I forgot to see (RTP was disabled..). Unless you really need it, I would advise to disable it until it is fixed. I have opened the ticket #228 about this specific issue. Thanks for the notification !
