Just a quick note: I remember that old versions of libshout caused a
segfault when the mountpoint was already taken. This might be the case
if the dead liq is still connected to icecast (or rather not yet
disconnected from it). I don't find the version number, but make sure
you have the latest one (I use 2.2.2).
