Most probably, the issue comes from the fact that Matej is using debian etch,
I'm using lenny.
I get: No candidate version found for liquidsoap
Here are my my config files

Description: audio streaming language
Liquidsoap is a powerful tool for building complex audio streaming systems,
typically targeting internet radios (e.g. icecast streams).
.
It consists of a simple script language, in which you can create,
combine and
transform audio sources. Its design makes liquidsoap flexible and easily
extensible.
.
Some of the typical uses are:
* dynamically generating playlists depending on the time or other factors
* having smooth transitions between songs
* adding jingles periodically
* applying effects on the sound like volume normalization
* reencoding the stream at various qualities
* remotely controlling the stream
.

Have no clue what is keeping the installer not to install liquidsoap.

I think you have a type in Packages file in
http://www.rastageeks.org/downloads/liquidsoap/Packages.gz
Liquidsoap comes with a GUI called liGuidsoap, the name is correct. In
Debian, the two are in independent packages, with different
dependencies. We should look elsewhere for your problem. Can you say
precisely which error you get?
I should have said it clearly in the announce but:
This package is for debian LENNY (aka the new stable).
Most probably, the issue comes from the fact that Matej is using debian etch,
which was the stable until last february..
