These days are quite busy for us, so I don't have time to run tests
here. But my feeling is that it might be a bug with our new
implementation of shout, ocaml-cry: maybe it doesn't declare the
correct bitrate to icecast? on the other hand, I think I remember that
we used to not declare it properly even with ocaml-shout and it had no
consequence for the listener.

I'll try to come back to this problem and run my own tests, at least
next week. If you find new information, confirming my hypothesis or
not, please let us know (here or on trac).
