I have made a shorter script just doing some tests and it seems to be  
something to do with the ads and it seems to work when the ads are  
disabled.
Not going to post anything back yet, just want to say cheers for the  
feed back and I will post the shortened scripts and some more testing  
logs and tried out liGuidsoap hopefully tomorrow night when I have  
more time.
Would be good to get it down to something a lot smaller that achieved  
what we wanted, like you said what we have is slightly on the large  
size.
