We do not have any native support for neither rtsp nor real audio stream for
now.
However, you should be able to connect to a rstp stream using the external
input.mplayer.
You can even write your own using any decoder you like, provided it is able to
send decoded audio as WAV data through its stdout. You can see input.external
for that purpose and the code of input.mplayer in utils.liq.
