Ok. Then, it should be possible to track what happened after the call by 
inpecting the request through telnet. There can be several reasons for ths 
issue. The most common could be a request ID leak due to some bug in 
liquidsoap, but it could also be something external, like failure to read file 
or else.

When connecting through telnet, you can check the list of requests by doing:
  alive

For each request ID, you can check the history of its resolution by doing:
  trace 13
