Hi,

The first thing that comes to my mind is: did you check the maximum
number of mounts in your icecast.xml?

The second thing is that you're using AAC, which is requires a patched
icecast iirc. You should try to start with an MP3 or OGG mount. If AAC
turns out to be the problem, then Romain should be able to help or
point you to the relevant doc.
