Hi, 2009/12/6 Scott Robinson <[email protected]>: > OCAMLC -o liquidsoap > File "_none_", line 1, characters 0-1: > Error: Cannot find file ci_xpm.cmxa
The linking phase fails because it doesn't find this file, which is supposed to belong to the camlimages library. I installed it here, and it turns out that the library layout has changed, which is the problem. (It's our fault: for some technical reason we did not use the main .cmxa but included almost all others manually, and those sub-libraries may not have been meant to be distributed.) In any case, you can fix the problem by disabling camlimages, you probably don't need it. The radical way to disable it is to uninstall the library. It seems to be the only option since the ./configure --disable-camlimages seems to be broken here... I'll fix it on the SVN. (You can also delete the part of our configure.ac that detects camlimages if you feel confident.) Sorry about that. You're almost there, have fun with liquidsoap! -- David ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us December 9, 2009 for the Red Hat Virtual Experience, a free event focused on virtualization and cloud computing.
