This is only to be tried if (1) you have deconnections very regularly
(like, quite precisely every N minutes) and (2) you tried your best to
synchronize the clocks of the harbor client and server machines, using
ntp.
One should be aware that this trick is not a solution: it slows down
the liquidsoap output to match the speed of the incoming stream, but
really the incoming speed might be faulty. In particular, if a client
listens to the new slowed-down stream, he might just get the
deconnections, so you've just moved the problem.
All those precautions being said, I must say I'm puzzled at how happy
the oxyradio people are with that "solution" :)
